The Douglas-Coffee County Land Bank Authority (LBA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the maintenance and repair of LBA owned properties as required. Maintenance duties may include but are not limited to; lawn care, drywall repair, plumbing repairs, painting, fixture replacement, flooring, water remediation, mold remediation, HVAC repairs, pest control, etc.
Vendors interested in providing maintenance and repair services must complete and submit a Vendor Accreditation Form. The form may be downloaded from the website, www.cityofdouglasga.gov/LBA and submitted via email to afussell@cityofdouglasga.gov or mailed to the Community Development Office, ATTN: Alyssa Fussell, City Hall, 302 S. Madison Avenue in a sealed envelope plainly marked “LBA PROPERTY MAINTENANCE PROPOSAL.” Further documentation may be requested at the discretion of members of the Douglas-Coffee County Land Bank Authority. Submission of a Vendor Accreditation Form does not guarantee that the individual or entity will be approved or hired to provide goods and/or services.
