| Copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained from Statewide Engineering, Inc., 516 East Ashley Street, Douglas, Georgia 31533, 912-384-7723 for $200.00 per set for full printed specification and plans, or $50.00 for specifications and plans emailed in pdf format (non-refundable). Plans and Specifications are also on file (for view only) at the City of Douglas City Hall. All Bidders must receive bid package from Engineer in order to be considered certified. Bids from non-certified Bidders will not be considered.

West Cherry Street, Douglas, Georgia, until February 21, 2023 at 2:00 PM The bids
will be publicly opened and read at the Utilities Complex, Meeting Room at 100 Public Works Drive, Douglas, Georgia, February 21, 2023 @ 2:30 PM, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read for the purchase of the following:
"FY23 Gaskin Avenue Sidewalk & Drainage Improvements #66812-23-0011"All bids shall be sealed in an envelope and plainly marked:
"FY23 Gaskin Avenue Sidewalk & Drainage Improvements #66812-23-0011" Sealed Bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope, as noted above, "FY23 Gaskin Avenue Sidewalk & Drainage Improvements #66812-23-0011" to prevent accidental opening prior to formal bid opening, thereby resulting in an unacceptable bid.
