will be publicly opened and read at the Utilities Complex, Meeting Room at 100 Public Works Drive, Douglas, Georgia, March 13, 2023 @ 2:30 PM, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read for the purchase of the following:
"FY23 Digitizing Services - Bid #66812-23-0012"All bids shall be sealed in an envelope and plainly marked:
"FY23 Digitizing Services - Bid #66812-23-0012" Sealed Bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope, as noted above, "FY23 Digitizing Services - Bid #66812-23-0012" to prevent accidental opening prior to formal bid opening, thereby resulting in an unacceptable bid.
