Sealed bids will be received at the City Clerk's Office, 302 S. Madison Ave., Douglas, Georgia, until April 24, 2023 at 2:30 PM. The bids will be publicly opened and read at City of Douglas City Hall Council Chambers at 302 S. Madison Ave., Douglas, Georgia on April 24, 2023 @ 2:30 PM for the purchase of the following:
"FY23 Airport Fencing - Bid #66812-23-0015"All bids shall be sealed in an envelope and plainly marked:
"FY23 Airport Fencing - Bid #66812-23-0015" Sealed Bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope, as noted above, "FY23 Airport Fencing - Bid #66812-23-0015" to prevent accidental opening prior to formal bid opening, thereby resulting in an unacceptable bid.
