Ashley Street, Douglas, Georgia 31533, 912-384-7723 for $200.00 per set for full printed specification
and plans, or $50.00 for specifications and plans emailed in pdf format (non-refundable). Plans and
Specifications are also on file (for view only) at the City of Douglas Purchasing Office. All Bidders
must receive bid package from Engineer in order to be considered certified. Bids from noncertified Bidders will not be considered.

Sealed bids will be received at the City of Douglas Purchasing Department, 123
West Cherry Street, Douglas, Georgia, until April 18, 2023 at 1:30 PM The bids
will be publicly opened and read at the City of Douglas City Hall Council Chambers at 302 S. Madison Ave., April 18, 2023 @ 2:00 PM, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read for the purchase of the following:
