| The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary to improve Pocket Park, including installation of brick planters, pavers, concrete sidewalks, and landscaping according to the plans and details in the specifications.

| The work on the project must be completed by October 9, 2023 and within 90 consecutive calendar days of the date of notice to proceed.
