[ARCHIVED] SHELTER IN PLACE ORDER ENDS FOR MOST GEORGIANS

On April 30, 2020, the Shelter in Place order for Georgia ended for most citizens.  Governor Brian Kemp issued and Executive Order to extend the Public Health Safety State of Emergency until June 12, 2020.  Governor Kemp also extended the Shelter in Place order for medically fragile and elderly Georgians.  The National Guard activation will remain in effect until June 12, 2020.  Even though the shelter in place order has expired for most Georgians, Governor Kemp still urges citizens to stay home whenever possible.  Businesses are required to operate with social distancing and sanitation guidelines though May 13, 2020.  For the complete Executive Order issued on April 30, 2020, https://gov.georgia.gov/executive-action/executive-orders/2020-executive-orders.
