IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM COFFEE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (8-14-2021)

CRMC Photo

Coffee Regional is currently seeing high volumes through the Emergency Department and throughout the facility. To assure we can safely care for each patient, we are temporarily converting some private rooms to semi-private rooms. We have also made room for our sickest patients by increasing our ICU bed capacity.
If you present to the ER and are tested for Covid, we ask that you please remain at CRMC until you are evaluated by a caregiver to ensure you do not need further medical intervention.
Our Walk-In Clinic is open 7 days a week 7:30am - 7:30pm and caring for patients with acute care but not life threatening needs. Please contact your primary care physician for non emergent care. We want to ensure that our Emergency Department is available for medical emergencies and life saving care.
If you or a family member need a Covid-19 test to return to work or school and do not have COVID-19 symptoms - cough, fever, shortness of breath or nausea and vomiting please visit the MAKO center sponsored by the Southwest Health District located in the parking lot of CRMC. The MAKO facility has the best standard test for those without symptoms. The MAKO testing center is open Monday - Friday 8am-3pm and the first Saturday of each month 8:30am-3:30pm.
We ask that you please continue to use caution when in public areas. If you suspect you are sick with Covid, stay home until your test results are returned. If you are sick with Covid, isolate yourself as much as possible and clean all common household surfaces often.
Please get vaccinated if you have not already done so. Vaccines are being offered throughout our community including most local pharmacies, the health department, and at CRMC during our vaccine clinics held each Tuesday and Wednesday.
