The City of Douglas joins the rest of the world in mourning the tragic loss of American Idol Runner-Up, Willie Spence. His magical voice touched the lives of many and we were truly blessed to have him a part of our community. Our deepest condolences go out to his loving mother, family, and all who loved him. May God shelter and comfort his family during this time of loss.
