To kick off the South Georgia Outdoor Expo, event organizers are having a Wild Game Supper on Thursday, August 23, 6:30pm at the CE Weir Center. The South Georgia Outdoor Expo will be held at Central Square Complex in downtown Douglas, August 24, 2012 from 1pm-7pm and August 25, 2012 9am-5pm.
“The Wild Game Supper was delicious last year and was an added plus for the Outdoor Expo,” says Georgia Henderson, Event Organizer. “We decided to move it to Thursday night so that we could offer everyone a real taste of wild game.”
Tickets are on sale now at the Central Services Department Offices located at Central Square Complex. The guest speaker for the supper will be Department of Natural Resources Commissioner, Mr. Mark Williams. Tickets will be $15.00 per person.
