Governor Kemp has issued Executive Order 05.10.21.02 declaring a State of Emergency for the intermittent petroleum shortage in Georgia due to the cyber-attack on Colonial Pipeline company on May 7, 2021 and put in to place provisions for prevention of gouging on fuel prices. All provisions of the Order became effective at 9:54 P.M. on May 10, 2021, and shall be valid until Saturday, May 15, 2021, at 11:59 P.M. unless the State of Emergency is renewed by the Governor.
