[ARCHIVED] ON-LINE AUCTION SURPLUS EQUIPMENT SALE

The City of Douglas, Georgia is selling surplus equipment through GovDeals.com (http://www.govdeals.com), an on-line auction service. Bidders can register free of charge at the GovDeals.com website.

Information regarding this auction will also be posted on the City of Douglas’ web site at http://www.cityofdouglas.com. However, to check the status of an item or to place a bid, you must go to GovDeals.com.

Currently, the City has Cars, Trucks, Heavy Equipment and other assorted items for sale. All of these items will be sold on the GovDeals online auction site. The awarded high bidder will pay GovDeals for the items not the City of Douglas, Georgia. If you are not tax exempt you will be required to pay Sales Tax on items awarded. The closing date of this auction will be posted on GovDeals website
