Please be aware that the City of Douglas has been undergoing software conversion. As a result of software conversion in the Customer Service Department, for the next few months utility customers will experience billing cycles that may be a little longer or shorter.
The online bill pay service will not be accessible to customers until Wednesday, October 12, 2012. Beginning October 12th, customers will be allowed to access the online service. At that time, customers will need to set up a new username and password since their old username and password will not work.
