City of Douglas Officials and Department Heads held their annual strategic planning retreat on Friday, February 16, 2024. During this retreat, directors and officials formulated department goals and discussed ways to achieve these goals successfully. They also discussed improving communication, budgetary processes, citizen engagement, and upcoming projects.
