[ARCHIVED] Project Completion Hearing - Community Development Block Grant Grant #20p-z-034-2-6128

The City of Douglas and the Coffee County Commission has completed their FY 2020 Community Development Block Grant Project.  The following activities were completed:  New Construction of a Mental Health & Substance Abuse Disorder Outpatient and Day Services Facility.  This project provided services to 985 citizens.  Of these 985 citizens, 944 or approximately 95.8% were of low-moderate income status.

The City of Douglas and the Coffee County Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at 2:00 P.M. on May 7, 2025, at the City of Douglas City Hall located at 302 South Madison Avenue, Douglas, GA 31533 for the purpose of discussing the completed activities and receive citizen comment.

The Final Quarterly Report is now available for review at the City of Douglas City Hall located at 302 South Madison Avenue, Douglas, GA 31533.  Any person desiring to comment on the performance of the project may write to the City of Douglas at 302 South Madison Avenue, Douglas, GA 31533.  Also, this report will be available for review at the Public Hearing.
